Who We Are

Direct Waste Services is an established, independent waste clearance company owned and run by Mark Willard, based in both Tunbridge Wells and Crowborough. From these two bases we cover a wide stretch of Kent and East Sussex, clearing rubbish for homes, businesses, farms and trades — from a bed to a shed.

Our Story

For more than 20 years, we've been the local answer to a simple problem: rubbish that needs to go, without the hassle of skips, permits and tip runs. In that time we've built an exceptional local reputation the honest way — by turning up when we say we will, quoting fairly, doing the heavy lifting ourselves, and leaving every property tidy. As an independent local company, you deal directly with Mark and the team, not a call centre. That personal touch is why so much of our work comes from repeat customers and word of mouth across Tunbridge Wells, Crowborough, Uckfield and beyond.
